UFC 247: What time is it on and how do I watch it?

Do you want extra tips on where to place a bet?

Don’t worry if you’re struggling for who to bet on UFC 247, our Ohmbet ambassador Brad “One Punch” Pickett has you covered. There are plenty of boosted odds markets for the event this weekend. However, Brad thinks it’s going to be difficult to back against the champion Jones on Saturday.

“I think it’s a very interesting fight,” Pickett said. “It’s always hard [justifying] betting against Jon Jones and for me, he’s still unbeaten. He’s had one loss on his record and that was a DQ for basically beating a guy up too badly. I don’t classify that as a loss.

“It’s always interesting when you’ve been at the top of the game for so long — is the desire still there? We saw in his first fight with Gustafsson that he took his foot off the gas, and he didn’t do that well that night. It’s not against the realm of possibility [that Reyes wins]. It wouldn’t be the biggest shock in MMA if Reyes won. It’s not like Matt Serra beating Georges St-Pierre, but yeah, it would be huge.”

Who to bet on UFC 247?

Now you are ready for the best UFC picks you can find on the internet. The UFC 247 odds show Reyes is a huge underdog for his fight with Jones, but Pickett knows in MMA anything can happen.

“Shevchenko is not only winning at the highest level, she’s putting people away as well,” Pickett said. “The only way Katlyn Chookagian can win this fight is by a decision. I think Valentina has every opportunity and the ability to finish this fight on the feet, or ground and pound. She does have submissions, and she isn’t bad on the floor. I think she’s got the confidence now and I just don’t see her being dethroned at that weight class.”

Though tempted by the long odds on Reyes, Pickett sees only one man getting his hand raised at the event.

“Jon Jones is going to win by decision. Everyone in this game loses eventually, but I don’t think this is the one.”

Pickett’s Pick: Jon Jones to win by decision — 2/1

Brad also doesn’t think there is going to be an upset in the co-main event between Shevchenko and Chookagian.

Pickett’s Pick: Valentina Shevchenko to win by finish — 6/4
